During holidays or promotional seasons, preparation may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee
A flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch

  • Temporary tracking inactivity does not indicate a shipping issue


4. Customs & Import Responsibilities

For international deliveries, shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

This means:

  • Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

5. Address Changes & Order Cancellation

Because orders move quickly into processing, changes are time-sensitive.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Damaged Upon Arrival
If an item arrives damaged, please email us clear photos within 72 hours of delivery. A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Lost in Transit
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend the order at no charge.
