Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the item is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition as received

  • Show no signs of use or alteration

  • Include original packaging and purchase confirmation

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.


2. Requesting a Return

All return requests must be approved before sending an item back.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Hazardous or restricted materials

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Original shipping and handling fees

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.


6. European Union Customers

For orders delivered to an EU address, customers have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of receipt, regardless of reason.

Conditions:

  • The item must remain unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right exists independently of our standard return policy.


7. Refund Processing

If approved:
